- You can place an order on any day 24/7 hours, but orders will be shipped only from Monday to Friday. Our delivery service operates from Monday to Friday exclusively. Unfortunately, weekend deliveries are not currently available, but we are actively working on making this possible.
Is there a minimum order for same-day delivery?
No. We do not have any cap for minimum delivery.

Is ID verification required? / Will Canada Post Drivers or UPS Drivers need proof of age?
- Yes, you must present your ID to the delivery driver for verification. So please have it ready. Failure to submit your ID will lead to a failed delivery and the package will be sent back.
- We are legally obligated to ensure that all customers purchasing from Vape Store Delivery are in the legal age of vaping.
- A restocking fee will be applicable due to missed delivery due to ID verification.
Do you offer contact-free delivery?
- Yes. considering the safety of users in the post-pandemic era, you can instruct the driver for contact less delivery.
Will there be any delays in delivery/shipping?
- Mostly we dispatch all orders on the same day they are placed. Orders after the cut-off times will be dispatched the following day.
- If we have much larger than normal expected orders or bad weather conditions or any unforeseen hurdles we will update you the earliest to keep you in parallel with the delivery.
What happens If I have not taken my delivery?
- If you're not available when delivery is attempted, the driver may contact you. If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will reattempt delivery on the following day. After the second unsuccessful delivery attempt, your order will be returned to us and you'll then be refunded minus delivery cost.( any deductions/extra charge for second delivery).
