Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Vape Shop! We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit for you. To help you feel confident in your purchase, we offer the following:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
a. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
b. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories intact.
c. Items must be returned within 24 hours of the delivery date.
2. Items Not Eligible for Returns:
a. Personalized or custom-made items.
b. Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. Return Process:
a. Contact us through our customer service form, email or phone number to initiate a return.
b. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
c. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Refund Policy:
a. We will refund the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, less any shipping or handling fees.
b. If the item was damaged during shipping or was defective, we will refund the full purchase price and cover the cost of return shipping.
c. If the item was returned due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria or if it is returned outside of the 24 hour window.
